Origammi maintains a core responsible for the relationship and engineering. For specific needs, we bring in trusted professionals across design, infrastructure, content, and other specialties.
The client receives one clear direction and a team sized for the project, without having to manage a network of vendors.
Who is accountable for the decisions
A close consultancy, led by the person who runs the review.
Carlos França leads the client relationship and the engineering work end to end — there is no separate sales team apart from the people who deliver. When the scope calls for a specific specialty, like design or infrastructure, trusted specialists are brought in for that project.
That means the client never has to manage a network of vendors: the team composition changes with the problem, but the person leading it does not. Origammi has existed since 2017, serves clients without requiring a structured engineering team on the other side, and also builds and operates products of its own at Origammi Lab.
That doesn't mean selling fear or pushing rewrites: taking technical accountability for the recommendations also means saying, transparently, when the product is already well served as it is — without depending on any specific stack to work.
